How to use AteMate AI Food Analysis once it is on
Add your food entries
There is nothing that changes here. Take a clear photo of your food using AteMate's camera and add it to your path. From here, the journal will analyze it.
View your meal insights
Once a meal is analyzed, you can view the details under Food Details for each meal separately. These include:
A description of the meal
Macronutrient Estimates
"Eat the Rainbow" analysis
Ingredients
Portions by Food Group (shown as graphs of what you are consuming)
Notes

Review these food details to understand more about your meals and habits.
Remember, the analysis can make mistakes here and there, and it can only tell what is in the food it can see. For example, with a Chicago deep-dish pizza, it may not know exactly what is underneath it all.
