There are two ways to start a chat with a client from the Coach Dashboard.
From the Home Screen
On the Home Screen, find the client you want to message. Tap the arrow next to the client's name to open a chat with that client.
From a Client Profile
Tap the client whose path you are viewing to open their profile. Then tap the chat feature in the upper navigation bar to message them.
Where will my clients respond?
Clients can respond to your messages within the AteMate app on the Coach tab. They are notified with a red dot on the notification icon.
