Head over to the Coach Dashboard to create an account with a username and password. In case you have been playing around with the AteMate app previously, you can use that same username and password to login into the coaching portal.

However, if the account that you created is with your AppleID, Facebook, or Google, please go back into AteMate app > Profile > My account > Login Settings > Link my Email as at this time you will need an email and password to login to the Coach Dashboard.

There are two separate subscriptions: the consumer AteMate app subscription and the AteMate for Coaches subscription (the Coach Dashboard).

If you first signed up for the AteMate app and selected a subscription, then later signed up for AteMate for Coaches and chose a subscription there as well, you may be paying for both. When you create your Coach Dashboard account using the same email and password, you automatically have access to the AteMate app too.

In that case, please go back to the App Store or Play Store on your phone and cancel your consumer AteMate subscription, since you do not need it in addition to your AteMate for Coaches subscription. Unfortunately, we are not able to do this for you.
