To add beverages to your Path, start by tapping on "+" in the bottom Navigation bar and than on Beverages. From here, select the type of beverage and quantity (you can also select custom at the bottom), and add any notes if you'd like. If this specific beverage is consumed often, it can be accessed at the bottom in the "Quick Add" section.
Once a beverage has been chosen, tap "Add" and it will be added to your Path. The beverage added to your Path does not impact your On-Path or Off-Path value or fasting time. However, if you feel the drink being consumed should impact one of those two items, it can be easily tracked as a meal by snapping a photo of it.
Helpful Notes:
If you're consuming something more substantial, such as a meal replacement shake or a drink that could reasonably count as a meal, consider tracking it as a meal instead.
It is also possible to enable syncing with Apple Health. If other trackers are being used to save water consumption in Apple Health, it will sync it to your Path.
It is possible to edit the date, quantity, or beverage by tapping on the beverage icon on your Path to change it.
To delete any beverage, tap on the beverage icon, and in the upper right corner, tap on the three dots where the particular liquid can be deleted.
Custom Volume and Unit of Measurement
To use custom quantities, scroll down to the bottom of the volume picker to add the desired quantity. These can later be re-added to your Path using the "Quick Add" section.
Switching between measurement units (oz vs. ml) can be done by going into settings within AteMate > preferences > and going into units of measure.
